Holyfield would win no doubt about it . Over a 15 round fight Holyfield would be much more fitter than Liston also a much more physically conditioned fighter.

I would take Holyfield By Late Tko (suprise).Liston would come in equal in size with his Prime considered IMO Ko's over C.Williams (2),Z.Folley and win over Machen and absolute destuctions of Patterson.Spear for a Jab and enough straight power to demand respect from any Heavy from ANY era.
I just see Holyfield with superior workrate and Fluid Combos Constantly.Imo That On his toes Movement,in and out angels in unisone with those hard Combos and Much better footwork would Drive liston Crazy and allow Holyfield to dictate.
Liston a serious threat and could manage to attack Holyfield In corners but dont see him seriously hurting him or sustaining against Evanders guarenteed response.And Listons unspoken weapon before the bell.....Intimidation.....would be smirked at in return.
