Hi frozen,
You think so? Then good for you! However, if Pac beats JMM, anti-Pac fans could still say these things:
1) It was just a lucky punch that KOed JMM. JMM was winning the majority of the rounds before that KO occurred.
2) Pac beats another old Mexican fighter. He should fight younger fighters instead.
3) It was just an off-night for JMM.
4) If Pac wins by a decision, they would say he was a judge favorite (I have read this argument before in this forum)
What do you think?
Same thing if Pac looses. Pac fans will not swallow his loss. In boxing and any sport its hard to make both sides happy.

Very well stated.
That is the one thing that blows my mind with "Rabid Pacquiao" fans. Here's the way that I see it. I have favorite boxers & I am a boxing fan through & through. I have favorite boxers that I love to watch as opposed to just watching random fighters. I love Marquez, Hopkins, Cotto, Floyd, Wright, Pavlik, Sturm, & many others. It kills me when any of my favorites lose...I hate it...but that's boxing. Something that I eat, sleep, shit, breath, & think...but in the end...I am a fan of boxing first.
If Pac & Marquez rematch & Pac wins...then that is what is better for boxing. If Pac wins legit...whether it be by TKO or points...as long as it's a legit win...so be it. I wouldn't be thrilled to death about it...but I would conceded that is was the right decision.
Why can Pac fans not see that.
He's not perfect, he's not a god, & unless incest is a legal & blissful event in the Philippines he aint the brother of every Pac fan on the planet...no fighter is any of the three other than the obvious Bobby Pac. My issue is...why the combative, rabid, & blind support?
I love all of my favorite contenders & champions...but I don't act like a blind fool over the facts. I honestly don't get it. You can't even have a discussion here lately if it involves Pac unless ready to get down on your knees in all regards to the man. There are several Pac fans here that act with some common sense...but honestly...of late...those numbers are sparse.
Don't you understand that it takes to fighters to make a fight? Without an opponent that carries some weight...Pac wouldn't sell out arena's...whether or not you want to believe that is your choice...but that is a fact.
