Easiest way to lose weight is long distance Cardio and watch what you eat, that's it.

Only good stuff on there is from Tom Venuto, no way in hell do you have calories at 1500 per day for extended periods of time

Also this Wayne bloke is saying running a 7 minute mile is bad for you, Tom Venuto says exactly the opposite :

Anybody needs some proper advice and reading PM me

I hadnt read the bit about the 7 minute mile. Baring in mind this is aimed at someone who is overweight so should someone who is overweight be aiming to run a mile in 7 minutes? eventually maybe but to start with?

Just an opinion, people can choose for themselves. If you're that overweight you shouldn't be running anyway.

besides I think programmes should be tailored to the individual....

I started losing weight for a year now and there's one thing i gotta say "i hate it, its shit and depressing but hell! the results are good.
iv'e lost 23 pounds altogher because i wanted to become a boxer and look cool

MY diet is terrible and that's why its taken me a year to lose that weight, but i've still got about 5-6 pounds to shed off. At the start i thought it was going to be easy , ya know, run everyday and screw the diet but a good diet is actually better imo than exercising vigioursly everyday.

Of course they should be tailored for the individual, I have never said opposite, but to be going on a 1500 calorie a day diet for extended periods of time is not the way to go. If they knew all the facts before hand etc they could figure it out for themselves

The site isnt all bad, but its not totally brilliant

And memphis stop telling me to post it because I cannot do that, if I could I would.

Why not, I dont inderstand, is it some kind of secret? Im not trying to pick or have a go at you, if you've got the info or knowledge why not share it openly thats all.
