How annoying is it when you pick up a tin of sardines in brine when you wanted tomato sauce?

Fucking annoying - except I always pick up the sardines in spring water by accident. They used to house the sardines in tomato sauce in a red box - makes fucking sense, right. Well the muppets at John West have now changed that so you actually have to pick up the product and read it before chucking it in the trolley. I feel another blog coming on...

If you mean have I lost a bit then yeah, I'm down to about 73kg. I went on a pretty hardcore diet (no chocolate, no beer = no fun) coz I was a bit of a blimp. Now I can pretty much eat as much as I want (no fast foods though) and because I am running and training at the gym (bags, sparring etc.) it just stays off. I am actually thinking about having a fight, but the divisions are pretty shit - 69kg or 75kg. The guys at 75kg would murder me and to get to 69kg I'd start to look anorexic.

Greig I gotta jump in here. I assume your UK yeah? 69/71 is an unbelievable divison at the moment in the British Isles try 75 first!

Thats really great that your in shape and learning!
Sparring tonight myself, setting up some real bruisers before my next tournament. I know it will be worth it after, but before and during are painful!

Yep, I took some shots last night myself.

Great practice - coz the guy is slightly heavier (75-77kg), slightly faster, fitter, longer each and has better head movement. Basically he holds all the aces but it's really helping me. Doing some more rounds with him on Saturday. He hit me with a left hook that shook me up and I heard the tell-tale collective soft 'ooh' at ringside form the boys that says 'he got you a fuckin beauty there son'.

I landed a couple of sneaky fast lead right hands though.
