He said after the gammer bout that he would watch the tape and then decide and then the BBBofC ordered a 3rd match against him v Skelton however Skelton wriggled out as he is the mandatory challenger for the European Eunion belt so he fights for that and Danny's left in the cold. The BBBofC have ordered a rematch for a Harrison-Sprott rematch too by the end of March and Audley's accepted it so the heavyweight mery go round is back on track.
What is it that you miss about him mate ,his inability to open up early in a fight or is it his weight control

To me Danny over acheived as a Pro. In four attempts he never won the Divs

He's a likable guy, he's got a big heart but to me he's the antithesis of Audley Harrison
Whereas Harrison has all the skills and physical factors he lacks in the mentality and heart department.
Williams has the heart and desire but lacks the natural physical components and acquired skills to really make it...

I know it's not on TV, and it has been mentioned on a few of the other threads, but Williams is actually fighting tomorrow night in Germany, on the undercard of the Abraham v Elcock fight, where he's going up against Oleg Platov, and if he comes out with a victory, I think we can safely suggest he's done some sort of resurrection of his career.

edit, iv just watched this fight and danny weighed a whoppin 122.5kg if my german stat reading was correct, it was basically a fight that consisted of bingo punches and holding
Did Danny win?
And who won between Abraham and Elcock? (I presume Abraham as there have been no shock defeats in the papers!))

Little late aren't youOriginally Posted by hitmandonny
Anyways Danny's bout was considered a No Decision after the 4th round as Platov got cut and Elcock lost in a 5th Round TKO.
