Default Rage Against The Machines @ marylandpowerlifting.com

    http://www.marylandpowerlifting.com/...t+the+Machines

One of my most beloved realtime "non-saddo" friends Matt writes articles now and again for www.marylandpowerlifting.com

I just read his latest and thought I would share it with those of you who have intrest in this sort of thing. On the site you can find several more of his writings if you enjoy reading this one.

This is the man who taught me everything I know about the Pittsburgh Steelers. He can also lift a fully loaded breadtruck over his head.

CC, great article, and very true..

You learn that when you're in high school and use a machine to bench press at the gym you sign up to..

and then your friend invites you to his basement to workout with him on his crappy bench and free weights, as you boast that you can bench 250 lbs at the gym..

and then getting flattened by his bar upon lifting it.
