    Hey man, welcome to the forum.
    Cool Click for enthusiasm.

    Well, firstly, you can't plan your growth. I thought i was going to be a welter, I'm walking around as a thin Middleweight right now and still growing!

    Don't rush your weight loss or you'll put it back on easily, take your time!

    Don't run veryday. Run three days a week skip 4.
    This not only prevnts you geting the dreded shin splints but also helps in other ways. If you do one excercise for a lengthly period you will become accustomed to it and it's effectiveness will drop. Alternate and they remain hard but benefits jump!

    Here's a few ideas you may use in creating your sessions.

    Work everything off amateur rounds for a start. (2 mins)

    Warmup (cardio such as starjumps etc.)
    Skipping 3 rds.
    Bag 3 rds.
    Calisthenics= pressups, pull ups.
    Skipping 3 rds.
    Shadow box 3 rds.
    Corework= Situps, Crunches
    Skipping 3 rds.
    Speedbag/Padwork 3 rds.
    Cool Down.

    Try something like that, it should be reasonably challenging.

    Best of Luck.
