    Default Some fights being discussed

I've read these fights are all possible for this year:

Machida v Ortiz(Machid'as management have been contacted about the fight)

Wandy v Chcuk 2(Dana said the first fight was very good and also made them huge $$$ so a second is being discussed)

Thoughts? I wouldn't mind a Wandy Chuck 2 although at this stage in their careers, maybe they need to fight someone else?

As for Tito v Machida,I think Machida would be stupid to take the fight in terms of the title but smart in a business sense. Ortiz is the Oscar-lite version for MMA. Fight him and you'll get big $$$ but nowadays, does the name mean anything anymore?

Machida vs Ortiz. Hmmm Machida is a serious contender. Damn that division is stacked. Great defence and solid groundwork. Not sure it would be the most exciting fight i'd like to see but i can't see ortiz beating him. Maybe its Danas way of sending ortiz on his way with a loss but Machida will win i'm pretty sure of that.

Chuck Wandy 2? Would be good fun. I'd rather see them fight someone else first though. I'm sure Chuck wants to have a shot at jardine or somebody else for the winner fo Forrest-rampage.

Chuck has asked for a rematch with Jardine if I'm correct. I have liked Machida since I downloaded his career a while ago,a tremendously skilled fighter, and ELUSIVE which is why UFC fans find him "boring". He uses his brain and does not want to stand and bang all the time. Machida is too much for Ortiz imo.

I actually think Machida is a handful for ANYONE at 205,which is hugely stacked.I'd pick him over everyone there except maybe Rampage and Shogun. And I'd like to go on record now and say,Shogun is going to mess up te 205 division when he comes back. I guarantee it.Rampage,Chuck,Tito,Forrest are going to get CRUSHED.

I'd like to see UFC bring back Babalu and have him fight Shogun. It either vaults a fighter well know to UFC fans or it allows Shogun to avenge one of his losses. I can appreciate Machida but I haven't seen the guy really get pushed yet. That being said I think he is to smart for Tito and would win by UD or late tko.
