Default Soooo....is FloydSenior going to have an impact?

Will he be able to at least make the fight more competetive? I personally don't think so. Oscar has NEVER been a pressure fighter, which is the role he is pursuing in this fight with Floyd.Oscar's getting older so the speed and reflexes aren't there and his right hand has never been great.

However,I've been told that Floyd senior is an awesome coach and if you want to believe him,he taught FLoyd all he knows,so,theoretically,he knows how to undo him too. Can he do that with Oscar though? I don't think so. I expect lil Floyd to win by an even wider margin this time. What do you guys think?

Knowledge and coaching is one thing but execution is another... Floydsr layed lilFloyds foundation but its not like jr is a computer program that cant think for himself. Jr has evolved over the years as a fighter and is blessed with uncanny Boxing intelligence to go with his superb skill. So whilst SR can coach the balls off of Delahoya its not like snipping a wire or cracking a code, he has to deal with Jr a thinking adapting human being that can adjust with a drop of a hat

Good points,so true. Mayweather is a very good fighter.I don't know about his intelligence though,I always put his fights down to his awesome skills and reflexes rather than him thinking and having a game plan.Maybe I'm wrong.

With regards to the Mayweather Snr teaching Jnr all he knows, you're totally correct, but how about in the sense that Mayweather's primary defensive, the shoulder roll, maybe Floyd senior knows how to crack that. When Mayweather goes to the ropes.Any weaknesses he has, that sort of thing?

    Either way,Oscar is losing.

Senior against Junior is a new storyline for the upcoming 24/7 documentary to help sell the fight. It's almost like it was part of the plan to drop Senior from the first fight.

I think Floyd Snr has taught Oscar all that he could, and has really improved his defences skills exponentially. However, he made be able to influence Oscar to throw that jab more regardless of how effectively Floyd counters it. He got Oscar to start throwing against Mayorga after a few rounds, and Oscar was really snaping Mayorga's head back.

I think Floyd Sr.'s presence could help Oscar. However, I expect it to be offset by the fact that Oscar will be 16 months older than the first fight.

Floyd Sr is going to steer ODLH in such the wrong direction, ODLH is going to look like he is driving on the wrong side of the road into on coming traffic on a very busy and speedy highway.

I wish this fight was sooner than previously announced.
