    Will 5 pound leg weigts strapped around my legs while im working out and wearing them around the house.....Will that give me very powerful muscular legs overtime.......or very lean athletic strong legs please answer this determines alot....Thanks

    well in the olden days people used to wear heavy boots and run/skip in them to improve leg strength/endurance..I've done skipping in heavy boots and it did help. Perhaps if you go walking in them.

    You would get some size gain (think of a heavy person, they have to carry extra weight all day so it's natural that they have some extra size) but not like if you were doing heavy squats.

    ankle weights are great. As far as building mass on your calves, its going to be TOUGH. Thats the hardest muscle int he body to build up. Body builders spend careers working their calves and still cant get the mass they need.
