I've been on holidays for 5 days and now i'm back things are a little different... There are green plus and red minus numbers above posts... I must assume that is what people have been awarded for the post... Actually I just figured that out as I was typing then... But the seesaw thing is still there for me...

Those green number show how many reps a person gets for that particular post. If you see a green +35, it means under that one post a person have received 35 reps. (I wonder what happens if that post is deleted, will the person get to keep their rep?)
