Default Anyone know anything about insoles?

I purchased some trainers, but they are rather big for me. I like them though and rather than go allllllll the way back and return them,I want to purchase insoles. Problem being, there are so dam many! I've seen sheep skin ones, leather ones, ones for bad smelling feet etc. Anyone know which are best?

Are they too long for your feet. If so i'd really take them back but if you're convinced that they're not going to give you trouble I'd recommend a brand called Sorbolite.

I think they're made out of sorbothane or something but they're guaranteed to reduce impact by a fairly significant amount. I use them and like them.

More importantly if you don't need a large arch support avoid these since they'll give you blisters over the short term and more severe issues after a little while.

It's a bit of a gamble though honestly. If it's not an international trip I'd go back and swap them or maybe go to another local store from the same chain and see if they'll let you swap them?

S0rry,I should have been clearer. They were the right size, size 9 BUT for some reason didn't fit. Size 8 would be way too mall and 10 way too big ergo:INSOLES!!

Sharla,I have zero idea which ones those are. I just want ones that aren't going to damage my feet.No blusters or corns,I already have "footballers" feet, those are bad enough lol

LMAO:Oumafan, why would this be a joke?

Can you exchange them for a size 8.5? Otherwise maybe google the insoles I recommended and see if you can find a stockist nearby and avoid any which have a high arch. Really maybe you can even just re-sell them on ebay and buy some that fit?
