That looks completely getto... I suppose the shape of it would give it a lot of strength and no chance of it bending etc etc and killing people... I'd shit myself completely walking on that thing.. I'm not hugely afraid of heights like some people, but that would freak me out..

Here's a youtube of a similarly crazy thing in Australia.. It's the highest observation tower in the southern hemisphere (wow, we're competing with NZ & South Africa)... Anyway, it's got this "block" thing that slides out from the side of the building a couple of yards, and then the windows which are opaque, suddendly go clear on the sides and underneath, so you are looking straight down 88 floors, and your OUTSIDE hanging off the side of the building..
