    Default WNF Thread

    Yusaf Mack 24(15 KOs)-2-2 (28 years old)

    vs.

    Daniel Judah 22(10 KOs)-2-3 (30 years old)

    -vacant NABA light heavyweight title-

Should be a very exciting fight to close out the season of WNF. I am really looking forward to this one.

on the undercard undefeated James Moore 15-0-0 (10 KOs) takes on Philly fighter Gabriel Rosado 9-2-0 (6 KOs)

    Where's my WNF crew at?

I hope James Moore looks impressive tonight, this is his first ESPN apperance and his opponent isn't overwhelming on paper. This could be the shortest WNF's the card only lists two fights on Boxrec. We could be in for a loooooong ringside remembers.

I wonder what delays it tonight? Is James Moore the Irish James Moore who beat McCloskey? That was a good fight. I won't be on tonight but will be watching elsewhere. Mack should be able to take Judah who really isn't all that good.

Naw man James Moore is light middleweight and McCloskey is lww. Unless they fought in the amateurs. Moore is a little older than McCloskey. They both are undefeated so far.

I might see if there's anything to this Moore kid but I don't even know if I'll bother to watch Mack-Judah. I don't know, Mack's fairly exciting so maybe, the last time I saw Judah he was getting an absolute garbage draw with Glen Johnson.

Had to check boxrec and I was thinking of Irish junior middleweight Jamie Moore who beat some McCloskey recently (closed it to soon to see the first name). Damn the Irish for having no name diversity.

Default Mack & Judah and Moore and Rosado make weight

Mack and Judah both made weight - 174.4 Mack and 174.6 Judah - There was a few words exchanged at the weigh in with Judah spouting out his usual trash talk, he did however stop talking when Mack offered his a winner takes all deal, at which point Judah left the building very quickly without another word.

Moore and Rosado also both made weight, but watch out for a shock in this one Rosado looked very strong and confident, while Moore looked a little drained.

Hmm Moore looked drained? Shit.... Ha I like that winner take all move, shows some confidence. Too much confidence could be a bad thing though.

Moore looked drained before the fight as well, Gabe did a great job and a great win for him.

So regarding Yusaf, I was a little surprised that Judah performed as well as he did but it made for a decent contest. Yusaf was always in control and landed the better shots, there is still a lot of work to do with the kid but he has great potential. I would say he is about 60% of the fighter I want him to be.

I'm watching it now. He looks in great shape. I wouldn't of even opened this thread but "Mack Wins!' was just posted so it spoiled it for me...my own fault I guess for looking in forum.

Anyway, yea, like what I see but early I think he coulda brought it on harder when judah was hurt and stumbling. I don't like his left so low. Even a sneaky southie could lay a right hook in there...I'm at round 8 now.

He is controlling the fight well.

Oh and grats to your guy.

    Default Mack wins!!

I am very proud of Yusaf Mack tonight. He used his new found weapon the sharpe jab all night on Judah. His straight right and uppercuts where used wisley. Mack stamina really played a big time in the fight. HE LOOKED STRONG AND QUICK, but i do need to watch it again to get a better insight. It is just the start for great things. I am thinking about a fight against Spina or Muriqui. Unless we get a title shot and have at least 10 weeks to perpare per instuctons of Yusaf's trainner. I would love to here what everone thought about the fight. THANKS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT WHO CAME OUT AND SAW Yusaf fight and all the other great fights.

Tell him to stop dropping his left hand. He's not quick enough to get away with that shit and a fighter who can punch will make him pay for it. If Judah had any power Mack could've been in a bit of trouble because he was taking unnecessary punches because he ignored his defense. Maybe he did it because he knew he could get away with it, but it's a dangerous habit to pick up.

Aside from that, he looked good and dominated Judah pretty much the whole time.
