One workout that I can't seem to get any better in is power cleans. I can do 5 sets of 5 reps with 100lbs., while others can do at least 10 reps with well over 180 lbs. Is there anything I can do to get better at doing these (besides doing them)?
I am 6'3", weigh about 157lbs. after a meal, and I am pretty stiff. Perhaps my height, light weight, and my stiffness have a lot to do with it.![]()
