As the other,recognized legit trainer on this board,I find it fun to see our differences.
We agree most of the time,but I like the little differences
Your much more in to the bio-physical aspects of it
Im much more in to the cardio, technique ends
We usually end up agreeing,but even when we dont,you and I both learn something about the other way of thinking.It makes the board a bit more scientific then just arguing about whose going to win an upcoming fight.
