Tommy Morrison
You couldn't pay me enough to share a ring with him.
I wouldn't throw a single punch on the off chance that he may bleed.
dont even know wot he looks like nowhas he lost loadsa weight

wouldnt have thought so m8,he woz 220 for a fight in 07 then 236 for his last fight a few months ago.....
used to love watchin him fight back in the day
remember staying up for that bentt fight, & it lasted abt a minute
Not approved yet,and if Wyoming turns him down,Tommy should just give it up
I gotta say though I was never a big Morrison fan I feel for the guy....
Tough road he is on...the whole HIV positive not positive drama..he lost millions not being able to fight...the everyday struggle...the need for money..the want to comeback knowing fights are hard to get and your best times are past....
Sad to see...I wish the guy luck and hope he can find a new venture to follow..training, commentating something

Dont get me wrong, even though back in the day, well lets put it this way, when he starred in the Rocky film,he wasnt acting.
If it really was a false positive, which can happen, that costs you your entire life as a fighter.
And so what if he was a bit egotistical,9 for 10,you spend half your life trying to rope in your fighters ego. Theyve got to go down the ramp, theyve got to get in the ring, and they have to get hit in the face. They damned well better have an ego.
His comeback isnt going to amount to much more then a big name on a card, nobody big would book him at gunpoint, just not worth the liability,I cant see anyone major booking him.
On the flipside,if he hadnt done alot of the things he did do outside of the ring, then people would be a lot quicker to take his word for it that it was a false positive.
I wish him the best of luck, because I really feel for any fighter whose had a bad string of luck, but I cant see him as anything but a high priced side show.
Like I said not a fan of the guy never have been...Just a tough hand for anyone to be delt[/quote]
I hate to say it,he's a cautionary tale now. You can use it on your fighters. "Dude your young and strong now,but look what happened to Tommy Morrisson,a little coke here, way to many girls you shouldnt have touched, next thing you know Wyoming is debating whether to even give you your liscence so you can fight a guy whose 7-9"
You have to admit, thats a pretty compelling argument to give a young buck so they stay the hell out of trouble
Ive talked to Allred, from what Ive heard from him,he did want to see bloodwork on Morrison. Normally WV doesnt ask for bloodwork, but Tommy was obviously a special case. As I read our last conversation on the topic(and I could be wrong, but I doubt it) Mr Allred did ask for blood test results
His opponent better pray The Duke doesn't pull a Tyson and go after his ear.![]()

If he is so sure he is not positive. Why doesn't he fight in places that have blood testing?
I see the circus is back in town.
