Hi folks.Im thinking of buying one of these soon and was wondering if any of you folks have got one or tryed them out.There supposed to be great for the work-out of your forearms!Check out these two videos that i have found based on them.The second is funny as fook.I tryed to watch it with great interest but i could'nt help but laugh my arse off.He is supposed to have the record of over 16,000RPMITS FUNNY AS FOOK!IT LOOKS A REALLY GOOD LAUGH.IM BUYING ONE FOR SURE

I'd love to get some real feedback on these Powerballs from people on here whoever has tryed these.I mean is it just a Gimmick or does it really do what it says it does??Thanks!

We tested them about 94, thought they were great. But at the time they stuck a bit, if they have sorted the problem I would recommend them Good.

I was going to buy one years ago mate,but i did'nt really know what there did.But with me seeing the video's on youtube and with the New faster PowerBall coming out im getting one to try out.There look funeven more soo if i was to have ago of one with me mates while drunk,it would be a screamSeriouly though if there work the triceps the forearm good then it'll be worth a try.I remember Scott Harrison advertising them one time,thats why i did'nt buy one i think!!"Just joking!"

Im getting the new model of the Powerball on friday.I ordered it a couple of days ago.Im looking forward to giving it a go.If it really helps build up your forearms,triceps,chest and wrist then im all for it.Im aiming to build up on me arms anyhow at the moment.Has anyone got the new version yet?One thing im not too sure about is the noise of them.There seem really loud for the size of them.Is there anyway to switch the sound off or is it the sound of the motor that rotates the ball faster and faster??

I finally got hold of the new Powerball earlier on today.It was supposed to come tommorrow but it came a day earlier.I've had a quick go of it and i have to tell you my arms have been burning.You can really feeling it warming up your forearms.I got a dvd with the ball that show you what kind of exercise you can do with it but i have'nt yet watched it yet.I have got 6800Rpm on the ball soo far.It reminds me of using my boxing Speedball.

Exactly, why waste good money on a stupid powerball when you can get the same workout using your own body?

And he lasted only a few seconds, I can maintain that rpm level for hours
