Not a boxing book, but I think a lot of you guys would love it. Reading F X Toole's 'Pound For Pound' at the moment and it's got the same kind of feel about it.

Haha this might be the most non-boxing related post ever on the boxing board. Definitely if excluding happy birthday threads.
I like book threads but I'm gonna move this to Let's Get It On, that's the place for it.
At least the second book seems to have something to do with boxing.
Thanks Oumafan, realised when I posted it might be moved, but try to check it out anyway. It's not a Jehovah's witness book either.
I didn't assume that a book called The Motel Life was about Jehovas' Witnesses but thanks for clearing up any confusion that might have came up.
The Amazon reviews on the book look good though but I'm neck deep in books at the moment. I have Secretariat, De La Hoya () and Obama books that I've bought recently but haven't read.
Look for 'Rope Burns' by Ian Probert. Absolutely brilliant book about boxing. Also 'Rumours Of A Hurricane' (not boxing) and the Benny Lynch biography.
