Welcome to Saddos. Is the training section too with lots of great info and some people in there with a lot of good knowledge and many years of experience. Workout logs and stuff also. People have gotten kinda lazy about posting in them lately, myself included, but we are still going. It can be a good tool to keep yourself on track, and chart your progress.
