Default What should khan do next?

Reading fightnews and it's pretty clear maidana is pushing for the rematch. If khan wants to keep the belt he will have to fight him again, if khans long term plans are to keep his title. If bradley isn't man enough to fight khan, is khan fighting maidana again a bad thing? If khan can get the fight in England in Manchester I believe khan would beat him again. However is it worth the risk for khan to potentially get sparked out again in front of his own fans? I'd defiantly prefer a maidana rematch to a prescott rematch though.

Khan v Maidana is the most likely now HBO are pushing for this rematch, it will be that or Gurrerro ( spelling ).

Khan won't be fighting in the UK again for a long long time.

He's sort of in a box.

if bradley's hoping to be Manny's victim in early 2010? Maidana or maybe Zab seem like the only names.

Everyone wants to fight Pac except Khan but realistically he should shut Maidana up.

Any Top 5 Fighter out of 140/147 would be accepted by the general public i think...

I'm not a big fan of his, but I enjoy pressing fights... Maidana would be a good one!

With no Bradley, Maidana makes perfect sense, the first fight was close and entertaining. If Morales had got the decision against Maidana, Khan would have fought Morales next imo.

I think that would be a fight they would have made in a shot rather than risk the firepower ot Maidana again.

i think the maidana fight in the uk would be khans best bet. it would be a big night with an opportunity for a good undercard and khan will have his home fans backing him. He would get his mandatory out of the way with maidana and for the UK fans we would see a very explosive fight. I think it makes sense for khan to do this. and if he beat him again it would really make bradley have to consider fighting khan stateside in a mega fight if he has the balls. this makes me think who would bradley face if khan - maidana 2 materialized?

After the way Sky treated him over the McKloskey fight I'd be surprised if Khan wanted to business with them again any time soon.

Maidana, risky as it is, is still a more winnable fight for Amir than Guerrero imo who I think has the tools to stop Khan.

If I was him I'd be trying to fight Zab Judah or Matthew Hatton.

Get an easy nights work and wait for Bradley to come to me rather than going with a 50/50 life and death matchup against the likes of Maidana again or Gurrero.

Like I said Khan wont be fighting in the uk for a longtime, his team couldnt organise a piss up in a pub the last undercard was one of the worst you could think off, they had to go to Hatton for the show to go on in Manchester. The next fight will be in the usa.

Bradley in truth is not ducking Khan, he is waiting for his contract to end with Shaw which I think is in the next 4 weeks, he will then sign with Top Rank. He has his heart set on Pac hense the reason joining Top Rank. We all want to see Khan v Bradley but he aint ducking Khan he wants rid of Shaw and wants to fight Pac.

The relationship Golden Boy habe with top rank and even more so after the Marquez contract dispute, I cant see the Khan v Bradley fight happening anytime soon.

Judah wouldnt want any of khan cos he knows he would get beat. i dont see Judah coming to the UK to get beaten. and i dont think Judah would want him in the states anyway. as for Matthew Hatton i do think that could potentially be a good UK fight which would gain interest in the UK and US with Hattons performance against alvarez showing that hatton is capable of mixing it with the best.

But 140 is a lot to ask for matthew isnt it? and why would khan go to 147 just to fight hatton for a domestic showdown? i would prefer ricky hatton to come out of retirement to fight khan at 140 then see khan fight Matthew Hatton at 147 just for the sake of it.

This again brings me back to think what are khans options? because i think another McClocksy type opponent is a bad idea. this is why a Maidana fight in the UK looks interesting and i would prefer to see him fight Maidana again instead of Prescott again.
