Default Threads you look forward to reading

I know that lots of people will actually come on here and love every single word that is typed, but personally, there are some threads that I love to see when they pop up on the User CP, and if there are a number on there, I will leave my favourite thread until last, because I know its worth waiting for.

What threads have really made it worth logging on for you?

The New Music thread, and any thread I've started mainly.

Or any thread I have just posted in.

I enjoy anything new, but I think people are failing to start enough new threads of their own. There are so many things to talk about and it frustrates me that I have about 9 threads on the main page of the other board. If everyone would go to the effort of starting 2 threads a week, we would have more action. Jim has done very well with his thread, it's always good to having someone going into meltdown. His was a bit left field though, I didn't see that one coming.

This is why I just started this thread, cause that one there is just comedy gold.

there has been many a gem thread over the years.

I don't have any settngs as such to alert me to new threads or if people have replied to any of mine etc (can you do that ??) and just tend to read the latest thread bit at bottom and take it from there.

I also tend to give threads a miss if there are already about 30+ replies. Simply too much to take in for my short attention span and I like to get things from the beginning eg still on the first page

There are certain thread starters (you can all tell as I will have replied) I will make a point of reading and I will always open a new thread by Miles with a rants on everyday life and take the piss out of him - its tradition Miles you whingeing cunt But again if his first post is way toooo long my attention span suffers....

Any thread that's been started by the usual suspects really, but mainly in the hidden/let's get it on boards. Relationship ones seem to be the funniest though.

I like comedy ones, like that favorite stand up one in the off topic at the moment, I just wish everyone would put up there favorites so I can steal some good stuff for my comedy playlist.

Same with the music threads Im always pilfering peoples favorites off them :-)

Thanks for that btw, but Im not intellectual at all.

I think others here are more so in all their fields of interests.

Ive just listened to people who I have admired over the years and taken from them my own beliefs that suit my own direction. Im a stealer of ideas and working patterns is all.

No problem,we are all born with equal knowledge/zero and we all turn into dust, that makes us all collectors in passing.
