Both were very good fighters and that was a classic fight, they both should have achieved more.

Jose Luis Lopez should of finished him off, but let him off the hook all the time. Frustrating fighter to watch because he was a very good fighter.

Back in the late 90s, Delahoya was asked which fighter he would least like to face and he said Lopez because of his punching power and ability to take a punch.

Nah i disagree Lopez had a rock solid chin, and he was a class above Campas. Remember Lopez destroyed Campas with ease, Lopez's problem was he was lazy like he was in this fight and like he was at times vs Quartey.

But when motivated he would of been a handful for anyone, quick handed fighter with good power and a rock solid chin. Him and Tito would of been FOTY.

I'm with Ice, Lopez was a very difficult fighter to beat at his best. Watch his fight with Quartey, that was another good fight!
