Wlad has more of an arsenal of punches that is realized, but he can beat most people by just jabbing. Im sure he does but he rarely shows them during a fight. I look at the HWs from the 70s-early90s, then i switch over to Wlad and there's just no creativity to his approach you know? Yes he wins by jabbing but it wouldnt hurt to spark some excitement while doing it.. It's not like the guy isn't blessed with the size and the punch. how is he a pussy when he does what all other champs don't do, which is clean out his division, yea he's cautious, but he still scores the KO more often than not, you can't expect the guy to go balls to the wall when he himself knows his weak point, the fact that he acknowledges it and makes up for his shortcomings and still manages to dominate EVERYONE in his division only makes the guy more admirable, both Wlad and Vitali will finally get their due and appreciation when they're both long gone and retiredWhy do you not like Wlad as a boxer?

Yes wlad is a boring as boxer. I dont even want use the word fighter to label him. I like to see fighters making the most out of what they have and wlad doesnt do that. The guy is equipped with bazooka yet he only uses his dinky ass pistol most of the time. I dont like that shit. He is a timid ass boring giant.

I doubt mormeck can even reach wlads chin. This is damn near sparring, if mormeck could tag someone in to help him he'd still loose.

Wlad has every punch in the book though he normally uses the jab, right cross, and left hook...but he's got uppercuts, and a right hook.
Wlad must finish Mormeck within 2-4 for it to be considered a positive fight for him.
I hope he fights Arreola or Stiverne or someone with some pop next go round, though it'll more than likely be a rematch vs Thompson which should at least be kind of competitive.

That's the way I see it. This is a joke of a match up. But I'll give Wlad a pass if he does what he's suppose to do. And that's massacre Mormeck in 2 rounds or less. This goes pass 5 and Wlad is fighting him like he's Ernie Shavers than let the bad mouthing begin.

Waste of a fight at any rate, Mormeck is a washed up Cruiser. Mormeck has NO power at heavy and like Mar said he probably can't reach Wlad's chin anyway. Heavyweight is definitely what a cleared out division looks like, a barren wasteland.
Here's to hoping Helenius does something to make some waves.
