Not really, you'd just get a bunch of bellends jumping for joy saying "see I told you Floyd was shit!!!" (even though the day before the fight they said how easily Floyd would beat Pac just in case Floyd gets the victory so that they're able to play it down afterwards "well we knew he would win..he will never be great unless he fights X Y Z)

I wish the whole topic was shelved until contracts were signed but alas, that's impossible..

    Its never gonna happen.
Floyd took moselys best punches and mosely hits alot harder than pac, but pac is faster than mosely but not a great boxer. Pac has good footwork but it never leads to anything.
Floyds granite chin and superb defense and acuracy skills are a nightmare for anyone..but even worse for pacman.
It should take place at some point this year and after floyd wins everyone will want the martinez fight and say floyds ducking martinez..pac fans will join the martinez fans and it will hype itself up again..gotto love boxing.

I love manny Pc, he is a fighter's fighter ...... but I think Floyd is naturally the bogger guy, good chin and (crucially) he is a defensive counterpuncher. Pac had always struggled a bit with people with that style. Styles make fights, and i think Floyd has the perfect style to cause Pacman problems.

Floyd adjusts and even after Zab caused some problems he got a beating. Bigger upsets have happened, SRL beating Hagler and Buster v Tyson. This fight is not the be all and end all for boxing. The crap got so bad here, that they had to set a special section just for Pac v Manny threads, I can see that happen again.

True boxing fans know the truth.
If manny fights anyone but floyd next he a bitch..if he gives marquez another shot its just not good enough.
If he fights cotto it should mot be at a catchweight and too be honest it will be the same as last time.
Peterson is not a valid option and is the weakest choice if all.
Floyd is 35 now and he aint no spring chicken either but he wont be retiring for a few more years yet.

Manny needs floyd more than floyd needs manny.

Unfortunately Manny does not need Floyd, he can make a load of money fighting Arum/Top Rank stable of fighters which is the real problem. They will only think about fighting one another once they know they have milked the fans enough, which is when either one of them starts to show that they could lose and start to show signs of sliding. This means the fighters will not be fighting in their primes.

Manny can make alot of money beating top rank fighters but he will need floyd in terms of legacy.
Marquez exposed manny yet again for the third time and he has yet to beat him convincively in all these years!

The thing is Pac man has struggled with Marquez in all there fight's ,were Floyd out boxed Marquez pretty easy.? So on that form people would back Floyd, but I don't think it will be easy and I hope the fight
    is a classic.?

Anything can happen inside that squared circle of course but not this one..

Pac doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell of knocking out Floyd. Not even with brass knuckles..

Floyd is too intelligent to get hit with more than one punch at a time by a simple fighter like Pac and it's going to take more than a punch to knock floyd out.. It has to be through accumulation of punches but that aint happening either..

The only way pac wins is if freddie roach jumps in the ring with him and holds floyds arms behind his back...and freddies got to catch him first!

I think if Pac KOs Floyd, there will just be a lot of "I told you so" and "It really was expected."

But if Floyd wins, I think there is a ton of upheaval.
