Think this one is too close to call
I'm a massive Tyson fan and I like tua
Think Tyson would just edge it but wouldn't be surprised if tua got an unanimous decision if Tyson tired during the later rounds of the fight

90'S tua!
Always daid so...
I will go more in depth when i have more time! Stay tuned...
Did Tyson ever win a fight , were the other guy hit him back ?
Tua took the shots of Ike Ibiabuchi , so maybe Tua would win im not sure.
I doubt many fighters in history, without a height/weight/reach advantage, could have beat prime Tyson.
It sure would have been a spectacle.
3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
Good fight. Hide the children and call the cops. I like Tysons handspeed on Tua but if he layed in and mauled shame on him.
We never really got to see prime Tyson. He was self-destructing even before he won his first belt. The primest Tyson we did see was the scariest combination of speed, mobility and power that I've ever seen by an absolute country mile and would have destroyed Tua.
I declare Shenanigans, do you accept? Of course we got to see a PRIME Tyson, it's just he's a pressure fighter and by their mid 20's they are usually all done.
I think Tyson beats Tua, but Tua could land and follow up for a stoppage, I say Tyson wins 70% of the time, 50% of that by KO/TKO. David Tua had a good chin, but I think the speed in which Tyson delivers his punches is the deciding factor. Plus did anyone have success with Tyson trying to hook with him![]()
Pretty much this. Tyson could outbox Tua as well as outslug him, Tua had a chin for days but Tyson hitting him with precision both to the body and to the head it's not out of the question that Tyson would have done some damage. If Chris Byrd was able to effect Tua to the body, I'd cringe to think what Tyson's body attack would have done to him.

Can’t wait to hear your reason Philospher, sitting on the edge of my seat in anticipation.
For the record I would say prime Tyson because he enjoyed fighting fighters that came to him. He demolished most fighters anyway but he was normally quicker, smarter and more powerful that the fighters that fought with him head on. He used the angles to get his shots in a good example was Buster Matis Jnir or Seldon, not that I am comparing them to Tua who was better but stylistically they came at Tyson.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Yeah I agree Tyson was one of the best, pity he fucked it up a few times.
I like tua he has a great chin
But I think 8/10 times Tyson wins
Knockout
The tua-man gets a bizness card from tyson
Who did Tyson beat who was in his prime , great chin , and big puncher ?
Tyson fans please tell us ?
Regrettably the one thing most boxing fans forget is that a boxer's discipline is a quantifiable trait that boxers posses. One simply cannot say "if only he trained harder for every fight" or "if he wasn't always blown up in weight" or etc... It would be as if one were to say "If only Amir Khan had Vitali's chin' or "Paulie Malignaggi had Earnie Shavers punching power."
By that same token how a boxer behaves outside the ring is an inherit trait.
