Children are sweet, innocent and beautiful. I was watching old films of my boys and cannot believe they were so little and playful. They use to come running to the door all excited when I came home from work screaming “daddy” Now they are sullen and stubborn and you barely get an acknowledgement from them.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Because my misses always said "Oh sweety" when ever the kids hurt themselves. The youngest used to come up crying and point at cuts and stuff and say "sweety".
When my son was small, 5-6ish we were talking about pets. He said he wanted a giraffe. I said thats a pretty big pet, where will we keep it? In a cage he said. How big will the cage be I said. He said just a little bit bigger than the giraffe. Cant argue with that logic.
He's 13 now and we've progressed onto....Dad did you know that your bald spot is shaped like a cock?
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough

this is not so much as "says" thing its more of a "done" thing.
When my eldest son was about 3 or 4 we went to B&Q and as we were talking to the assistant he disappeared... all parents will know this is a heart stopping moment which ends up with you running around the shop looking for him.
we finally found him, it turned out he just needed the toilet and was sat on the shops demo bathroom having a shit in the show toilet![]()
I'm no father but find that little ones and dogs are the ones most regular with truth, in action and speech, that we have. In that order. Last week I get 'you still have a round round head' from my nieceThat one there is going to be a catch one day
