Hand picked apponents

There's been a lot of talk the last couple of weeks with mayweather klitchko's even cleverly having Thair own way on who they fight. I think if u dont have a unifacatation fight every 5 months a mandotry has to get a shot at the champ , seems it's not hapening with the superstars of the sport, how come ?

The alphabet organisations are a law unto themselves and will protect their fighter if it brings in more money.
