He just wants 4 million too. He may be a better boxer than Rios but he isn't as tough IMO. He would likely fold up mid fight and quit or get tko'd. You're probably right, I might be thinking about bantamweight or super flyweight he skipped. He lost the flyweight title on the scales and got k.o'ed, I remember that, then he skipped super flyweight.
