Hey guys,
Not sure if you remember him, but he had the WBO lightweight title in the 80's. Fought Carbajal and Paul Weir and won.

Baby Jake was a Flyweight , a tough guy remember him fighting Dave Mc Auley , I think I
still have some fights on VHS of the both of them, RIP Jake.
Great little fighter. Only saw him live once, back in 1997, he beat Mickey Cantwell at Millwall on the Naz vs Tom Johnson undercard!

Beat up Michael Carbajal on the Johnny Tapia-Danny Romero under-card. Real tough fighter
Tough little guy, had a pretty good run at light-fly as well![]()
R.i.p he was a tough little guy , he looked like a chopped off Earnie Shavers , although he wasn't a big hitter.
I was thinking when Jake fought Francis Ampofo did 2 smaller men ever fight for a world title ?
Jake was 4'10 1/2.
Francis was 5'1 1/2.
Can't think of two smaller fighters in a world title fight.
I still remember watching the McAuley fight with my dad. Think I saw all of his TV fights in the UK.
3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
