This is a good read, the first half of it is all about his boxing career.

The man was a giant and beat Cleveland Williams, as well as Muhammad Ali's brother.

He claims he was robbed against Kenny Norton.

Foreman and Ron Lyle KO'd him.

He went on to star in many films including Superman 1 & 2 as the muscle of the Kryptonians.

Anyone remember this fella?

Never knew he was a boxer!

Someone piped up about Joe abugner the other day so I searched his name to find out what they were on about. Saw him on imdb and he was in the sherrif and the satelite kid! I remember that film and loved it when I was a little nipper! Could never remember what it was called.

Master, I remember the first superman fairly well n found it pretty cool that this guy was a legitimate bad ass.

34-20 with 18 KOs is decent considering the men he fought n never having an amateur record. He took fights on short notice often.
