    I know and understand that terrible things happen in this world everyday but this story made me tear up a little bit tbh.

    Apparently the douche who did this was a teenager.....wow! I actually have family who live in Richmond VA and they say the neighborhood was very cooperative with the authorities and some people were actually hoping that the police did not get him so that they could distribute their own "justice"
