He's looking a lot more relaxed if you ask me and he's embracing the occasion. Groves is trying to get under his skin and Froch just didn't have any of it. Froch knows he underestimated him and he will learn from that mistake. He's made training adjustments and he knows this is the biggest fight in Britain ever. I think this is bad news for Groves if you ask me.

    He didnt look relaxed.

He "bit" less but didnt look relaxed.

Inside he is seething that Groves is winding him up. Just watch the silly gurning faces he pulls.

Froch clearly isn't comfortable in these confrontations. You can tell by his glazy eyes and he's obviously trying really hard to look cool about everything. As strange as it seems, Groves' biggest worry is Complacency. Even though he gave Froch a lesson last time, he DID tire and he DID LOSE. I hope Groves realises this and trains harder and gets even fitter , because if he can last the 12 rounds (although it may not go that far) he cannot lose. I worry that if he believes everything he says, mentally he might take the foot off the pedal. As for Froch taking Groves lightly........Rubbish! Are you telling me a World Champion takes an opponent lightly? Especially someone he detests.
Also, there's more chance of a guy in his mid 20's showing improvement than a 36 year old.
I'm gonna trust Groves to be professional and say he finishes Froch in the 10th after Froch has taken a lot of punishment.
I actually worry about Froch because it's the relentless beating that does damage rather than a clean knockout. I hope I'm wrong about that part.

He looks worried , this kid Groves has no fear , and knows he can put froch on his arse , unless he turns back the clock we are having a new champion.

Groves does have a bit of fear.

He knows he slowed down after that effort in the 6th BUT... This is easily fixed by doing the right kimd of training. Very high intensity. Hopefully he has learnt and his recovery time will be quicker and he can make more use of that speed and explosiveness.

Im not sure if its nerves or just that what he does but watch the video and the gawping he does. Just sat there mouth open looking vacant.

Froch is just as nervous. He knows this could be it for him. It wasnt his fitness that let him down last time but his style and hes not going to change that. You could see he was inly flicking out punches at points worried about whats coming back.

If Groves is any good at all he will win. He needs to up and change his training to suit fighting at that hi tempo.

Froch, looks so uncomfortable, I actually admire Groves confidence. We all know the fight was stop to soon, but I still think Groves was on his way out. It's very hard to call who is going to win, but I lean towards Froch by stoppage again!

Yes Froch deep down knows he looked a cunt after the last fight , I think he will box more cautious , which in turn will leave Groves more chance to Jump right on him when hurt.
Froch looks like he is punching underwater these days , so with the right tactics Groves should win , however if Froch can turn back the clock a little then it could be a barnstormer.

Yeah, apart from 1 minute of the 1st fight, everything suggests that Groves should win, but I still think Froch will get to him at some point. I actually want Groves to win though, it's time for a new era. Froch will start favourite with the bookies I bet.

I actually think Froch will win this fight. He will make some adjustments and wear down Groves and stop him.

Yes I wouldn't be shocked if that happens , however if I have to put money on it im going for Groves to beat the slowing Froch.

I have not seen the facebook thingy but I watched them both on Thursday's Ringside and Carl is still clearly having to bite his lip and looked all glassy eyed at times. George has kind of backed himself into a corner with the same old routine and runs the risk of repeating himself too much until his words ring hollow but fair play to him. That is an unbelievable amount of confidence for a fighter at his stage of their career to bring into the ring and it has worked in his favour so far. Al is right, Froch has definitely slowed a bit and Groves would have been faster even during Carl's peak so age will do the Cobra no favours. I think the Ginger mongoose may have his number.

Groves has speed but not the strength and determination to go 12 rounds at pace and eventually Carl will catch up with him.
