Yes it's for Sky TV, that's the way I have subscription, I think you can view it on the internet think
you can subscribe to view it not sure about Canada.!

I have a lot of issues with BN.

Two separate occasions they forgot to take payments then cut me off after 2 months. THEN when I phone them to pay it they try to make SIGNUP again, landing me with another registration cost.

Ive never had any issues with them and been with them since launch. Id be pretty sure you could sign up from outside the UK and Ireland if you use something to change your IP address (something like Hola) and then use moneybookers or something like that.
