there is no official website i no of, ken often posts on uk boxing forums. basically his training methods involve doing 30 seconds of an excercise e.g hammer curls:
30 seconds light weight hammer curls (fast)
    30 secs ab work
    30sec heavy hammer curls
    30sec ab work
30 sec light hammer curls (fast)
    30 sec ab work.

He has many other circuits and ideas in his manual. He says he used this training with nigel benn, and jim mcdonnell. and when mcnonnel became a trainer it was used with alex arthur among others.
jus wondered if anyone had tried it

the bicep routine was just an example, there is a lot more to it than that, i just tried to give you an idea of what it was. it worked for jim mcdonnel against azumah nelson (he got beat but put up an amazing fight) and barry mcguigan, as well as other champions, so to dismiss it before you have tried it would be stupid.
