No Joke - win a Corvette for £20

Guys - no joke here.

I own a 1969 Corvette Stingray (pride and joy!!) and I joined this club some time ago that gives me insurance discounts etc.

I now know lots of the guys there and, this year, they are raffling off a 1999 C5 Corvette with about 8,500 miles on the clock. Totally legit.

This car has a 5.7litre V8 and outperforms the Ferrari 360. It's worth about £18k I reckon.

The tickets are £20 each and they are only raffling off 1000 of them. That makes pretty good odds of being a winner (after all, if you don't want the car, you can always sell it)

I've asked and they have no objections to me letting you guys all know about it ..... unfortunately, it's open to UK residents only.

Nah, it was worth entering though. I know the guy who did win.

Yep, still got my vette. Had a great new paint job a couple of months ago. I think the split window was 1963, so mine is a newer generation that those.

Corvette is a sick car, i want one too! Had a c5 a few year ago bought a c4 just for the strip now..
I hope one day i can own a matching number c2 427 stingray!
