    Default mouth piece

Does anyone have or tried a form fitted mouth piece. I have a regular mouth piece that I boiled and molded to fit but my old trainer told me that you can go to a dentist and pay a few hundred dollars and get a form fitted mouthpiece. supposably they work really well and you can hold a conversation with one in your mouth and people wouldn't even know you had one in. If you have one or have tried one, is it worth the money or would you just recommend a regular mouth piece. my regular mouthpiece just seems a little bulky and make my lips bulge out a little.

Yikes...few hundred dollars? I haven't tried it, but I really cant see it being worth it...I dropped like 40 on mine and I havent had a problem yet.
Boxing is like a handjob, and MMA is like a hot sweaty orgy with 5 chicks. I could never say no to a handjob, but which would you rather have?

That is true they work really well easer to breath and more comfortable. I would also have to say better pertection since it is form to ur jaw so it fits perfect. They aren't that much.
