Ment to be going to a show tonight as a spar but i got a black eye at training the other day...Does any1 have any techniques or methods that can make the bruising go down (already been icing) or so that the colour doesn't look as bad?

nah it just goes down on its own i dont what difference this makes thou and what the problem is ?

mate, other than ice, there isnt much else you can do. you can get stuff from the chemists that reduces swelling and bruising, bit i recon its expensive.
get your girlfriend to stick some make up on you son

Arnica oinment from a health food shop is unbeilevable stuff for any types brusies so long as your not cut with it.
