I'll be honest with you. Will Smith in serious films makes me puke a little but he is a fit for that role - and the boxing is pretty damn good.

Plus the story is one of the greatest ever told, next to that of Jesus.

Yeah that I DID know. Plus Charles Shufford played Foreman. I just had no idea that the 'other' pan-Atlantic-heavyweight-world-champion played a key role in this film!

Never watched the movie but wonder if they let him even simulate being hit? Shufford would make a great Foreman. Its amazing what Bentt would accomplish inside of only twelve fights, especially after being ko'd in debut!

After retiring from boxing, Bentt became an actor. He portrayed Sonny Liston in the movie Ali, starring Will Smith. He has many other credits on his acting resume, including Collateral, starring Tom Cruise and Jamie Foxx, and Million Dollar Baby, which won the Oscar for "Best Motion Picture" in 2005.
