like what reflexes u talking bout? one thing is the double ended bag and the focuse mits.
So you can judge and react to punchs better? Spar against a real boxer.
Get in front of a huge wall and get a tennis ball, close your eyes, throw it as hard as you can against the wall, then open your eyes back up, and start dodging! Do it over and over, but ya might want to get someone behind to catch all the loose balls, unless your not that good and they all hit you.![]()
