Hey guys,
I'm on this Daniel fast for 21 days until Jan 21. No meat or meat bi-products- including milk, butter and cheese- for 21 days. Just fruits and vegetables. This is called a Daniel fast. Second day in, and I don't feel bad or any ill effects.
Spoke to my doctor before I started it and she encouraged it. I have been losing pounds slowly prior to this too and my doctor advised me of the steady decrease in weight. Let us see if the next 21 days plus my continued running regimen and gym attendance could get me to a point where I am proud of myself.
So far eating these fruits and veggies are okay. Made me a nice vegetable soup today and it is so tasty. Tofu has supplemented meat and while I won't lie that I don't see a difference, tofu ain't bad.
