Yeah, I hear ya. I feel the same way. Glad that it's still going. In my case I tried being in other boxing sites as well... but never stuck. Can't say what it is, but mostly they felt a little impersonal. This one's not nearly as busy as it used to be... but major kudos to Saddo and all the Mods who continue plugging away to keep it in existence.
It's been 20+ years for me, which is amazing to me in itself. For some reason, it reminds of a line in the movie Fever Pitch (w Jimmy Fallon and Drew Barrymore) where the character Ben asks his girlfriend when was the last time she cared about anything for 23 years.
I'd definitely miss this place if it wasn't around.
