do you have to mesure the length between ur floor and ceiling and have it speicaly made for that hight??

No. Most times they are suspended with bungee cords, or the adjustable nylon truck tie down straps. You tie knots in them to shorten them up, or use one of those up top and a rope tied off to the floor anchor at the bottom.
