^ I find it interesting that I started hill sprinting virtually by discovering it by myself and it was one of Rocky's main routines... I'm no Marciono but I can say one thing... in the words of baller27...

A lot of the stuff they call new today isnt, Its just that today its documented, and we have materials, which are forfathers didnt. Athletic times have improved because theirs a lot more people doing it, and conditions have improved. 60 years ago people were stronger and fitter, they had to be. all you have to ask is, whats the biggest killer in the western world.marciano was a different animal to whats about now. I not one off those that think yesterday was better,But it certainly makes you think.
