Being bigger and muscular in boxing is not really the way to go,it'll slow you down and is not practical. Also,you talk about 6 pacs(which are great for the chicas) BUT have no relevance in boxing,there's guys without 6 pacs that I know who could rip me apart!! You need that type of calorie intake if you want to be some type of body builder,not for boxing,you should be focusing on fuelling your body with carbs from foods like pasta,cereals,bread,rice etc.
As for supplements,there are always debates as to whether they are actually beneficial(I'm guessing you are referring to protein ones?),I'll let someone more experienced answer.
Sorry if I'm not much help,I'm just started training etc and just wanted to put my little knowledge into effect. How did I do guys(Adam/grey?)
