The biggest and not to mention the fact that he's undefeated just makes it sadder.
CALVIN BROCK is being hyped up to be the man to fix the confusion of who is the best boxer in the heavyweight division.

However his manager has never put him in the ring with someone with the power to hurt him!
For example, his last fight was in the undercard of the Paquiao-Morales, the guy he faught was something like 26-7-0 0KO! I mean shure thats not a bad record but he never knocked anybody out. BROCK EVEN LOST THE FIRST 3 ROUNDS(until he got 1 good one in and knocked him clear out... puncher's chance)

Brock ain't doing fuck all in the division, Travis Walker looks a better prospect than him.

I still belive James Toney and Sam Peter are the biggest threats to Wladimir right now.

Not that I think Toney can beat Wlad, but I think Toney can beat fighters that Wlad would possibly lose to, Brewster, Peter etc.

Seriously though the state of the heavyweights right now I think if Matt Skelton can get past Danny Williams in July he could beat any of the current champs.

He gets no exposure cuz he sucks. He can't punch. And isn't he still fight 6 and 8 rounders?

Let me ask you something. who had a better showing against David Bostice Scott dominated and outboxed him and won every round What I don't know is that how he could dominate Bostice in the step up fight and not get any exposure and Brock beats Bostice and has more difficulty in his "step up" and gets all the exposure and bostice gets a shot at Luan Krasniqi(who didn't even dominate him as bad as Scott did. Scott is 25 and needs a better promoter because he is the future but if they keep him inactive he won't be.

And he can outbox and outslick and use his boxing skill and combinations to beat any opponents. Why do you have so much against him

Cuz he's been a prospect for over 5 years! And hasn't done anything (dominating Bostice is not much). You say he can outbox and outslick his opponents. Sounds like the next Chris Byrd. Which I don't want to see. Questions. Why is he still fighting 6 and sometimes 8 rounders? Why hasn't his competition improved? What are they trying to hide? The promoter is not the problem. With heavyweight division so wide open, they would be foolish to not push him. The problem I think is he was probley exposed in training or something. Cuz not many fighters are prospects for over 5 years.

He didn't get a push but he should and they have been keeping him inactive since January. You watch if Malik gets primetime(like the night on Shobox he scored the knockout) he is the future. He needs to fight Sultan Ibragimov IMO. And he would beat him badly

I'm not impress with him at all. Mainly cuz I really dislike heavyweights that can't punch (nothing against Scott, personaly). I think he's way in over his head at heavy. He's small. Some maybe he should look into going down in weight to crusierweight. Like B.J. Flores just did.

Brock is not a prospect, he is a contender. I agree with you that Sam Peter is a threat to Wlad, but Toney is way to old and will never lose enough weight to ever be a real force again. Brock is the most complete heavy in the division right now.

Malik Scott seems like a nice guy, but I don't see him ever being a real force in the division. I was at the Brock/Bostice fight and Scott fought Dennis McKinney on the undercard. He looked terrible against a guy who was 27-35.

Brock actually sprained his right hand in the second round of his fight with Bostice. Anyone who stayed after the fight saw his right hand swollen to twice it's normal size. My guess is that is the only reason Bostice was not KO'd.
