My point is this, Antonio came from NOWHERE to call out Roy...I mean he has had his jaw broke and everything but he, well I guess he hit his prime late which really makes me look at him differently than a Hopkins or Roy Jones or whatever

Tarver wouldn't be nowhere if he didn't call out Roy. I don't like Tarver because he doesn't fight the way he talks. I mean he wins, but its like John Ruiz saying "I AM THE GREATEST YOU WILL ALL HAVE TO BOW DOWN TO ME.. YOU WILL FALL IN THE 8TH YOU KNOW I'M GREAT!!" And Tarver saying Hopkins is going to go down in 5 I mean his style doesn't even match up to the way he talks, and when he fights Roy, Roy makes him look scared. Tarver aint as great as he thinks or talks he is. He is a good fighter but he isn't merit the talking. The only thing I like Tarver for is getting in Larry Merchant's ass after the 3rd Roy fight.

No, I think Calzaghe should really step up, he's in the twilight of his career and he needs to fight THE BEST out there. So: Hopkins, Tarver, Taylor, Johnson, Wright, anyone that is rated at the top.

IMO only Taylor would be a step up. Wrightis to small for Calzaghe. Hopkins, Tarver are over-the-hill and Johnson does not have the skills to compeat with Calzaghe. The hardest fight Calzaghe could chose now would be against Kessler IMO.

I'm gonna give Tarver the benefit of the doubt and say he was probably just trying to drum up some controversy and some fake anger before the fight. Either that, or he really IS a moron.

Why is he a moron? And I dont think his anger is fake. I think its builtoff of jealousy. He resents the stature guys like Hopkins and Roy Jones have gotten, while he is only as good as his last fight.
