Tarver: no excuse.

I wonder if his loss to Bernard is due to the weight loss? He looked weak, tired, passive, one punch type guy on that night.

He took away that excuse from Roy, so i hope in the future he won't use that excuse.

Roy actually WON his fight though and Roy had to overcome more since he actually fought at Heavyweight and didn't just do it for a movie

Put that on top of he came down to fight the Light Heavyweight Tarver, as Tarver moved down to fight the Middleweight Hopkins At light heavyweight and Roy should get A LOT MORE credit for winning that first Tarver fight.

He can't use that as an excuse...period... If he did he would have to say the same for the RJJ fight..and thus taking away the only fight of real merit to his name...He wouldn't even be a one hit wonder then he would be a NObody.... GO B-HOP!!!!!!!!! HOF Bound!!!!!!!!!!!!

I always gave Roy credit for the first fight, I gave him the decision, felt he pulled it out through the final rounds, the second fight there are no excuses, except it was a lucky punch, and Roy couldn't absorb it. But the third fight he had the talent and speed to beat Tarver and if he would have stepped it up I think he could have won but he was to tentative and afraid of that left hand. I felt that fight was his if only he wanted it. Still his talent from the past outclasses Tarver by a long shot. The magic escaped the Magic Man, with his big mouth and tendency to talk without thinking I'm sure we'll hear the excuses for the ass whipping he took by the 41 year old fool. Bold is Tarvers words, hahah I couldn't be happier for the results

I picked Hopkins to win a UD but was hoping for a thourough ass whipping and knockout, Tarvers big F**king mouth has always pissed me off, from what I've read a thourough ass whipping is just what he got and deserved. Now if someone on here could upload a link to see just part of it to hold me over until next Saturday it would make my day.
