12 Round Non-Title fight, WTF happen to boxing?

Has The boxing world gone mad?

I mean Vargas-Mosley is supposed to be a money fight with no belt involved and it turns out a 12 rounder

With my limited boxing knowledge, 12 rounds replaced the former 15 rounder for any title fight.

I would not be raising hell if this even had a junior belt, i don't care if it is NABF or USBA or Latino or Carabao belt, but helllllllll, this is a fight of 2 wash-up fighter who both lost to DLH.

I wonder why the Nevada Athlethic Comission sanctioned this fight.
