Default Mosley vs Mayeather, BTW Lampley is awesome!!!

I was laughing my ass off at some of Lampley's comments last night, that guy used to annoy me, and now I don't even wanna watch a fight unless he is commentating. After watching Mosley demolish Vargas last night and listening to his comments about maybe possibly accepting a deal to fight Floyd in November. Who do you guys got in the fight? BTW, Mosley is really hyping up Margarito, he mentioned his name again during the post fight interview basically saying "Ummm, Floyd should fight Tony." I think Golden Boy has found their next prospect.

I think Mosley vs Mayweather @ 147 is a true tossup. Sugar is a bit faster probably and uses awesome flurries. Floyd is more technically sound and accurate puncher overall and has a much better defense. I'd say PBF winning a close decision. But seriously PBF needs to step up his fight game. Mitchell and Judah were good stepping stones, now he needs to either ink a Mosley, Wright, or Margarito fight for November. No excuses.

Shane is a tougher more determined Zab Judah...he has the speed and power but he can take as good as he gets. It is a true toss up...and with Shane asking for PBF to fight Tony Margarito is odd...you can't tell who is ducking who.

I like Lampley but sometimes when I disagree with Jim, Larry, or Harold I REALLY disagree with them....I like George Foreman, Roy Jones Jr., and Manny Steward I agree with them the most

I know everybody is excited about Shane giving his first good performance in over four years, but we all saw the condition Fernando was in and he was simply a shot fighter, to say that Mosley vs Mayweather is a toss up fight is simply not true, Mayweather is the champ and should not be chasing Mosley, so for Mosley to say Floyd should fight Tony is a way of letting you know he does not want the fight (Who turns down a title shot), Floyd would destroy him.

My sentiments exactly and was Mosley ever impressive @ 147 apart from the Oscar fights? I don't know about PBF destroying him but he would win by a wide margin.

Pretty good point but I thought the Winky rematch was ultimately still a good performance by MOsley, and certainly as good as I could possibly see Mayweather doing against Wright.. I would also bet that just as many people would pay to see Mosley as would Floyd if the fight happened so in a way Floyd would be smart to chase the fight, considering he hasn't chased dick else.

Yes he was impressive really, after he beat DLH the first time he didn't fight stellar comp until Forrest, but he had 3 very impressive stoppage wins over Antonio Diaz Shannon Taylor and Adrian Stone who were all good fighters.. Some people had Mosley at p4p#1 before he fought Vernon Forrest and the hype was massive... The second Oscar fight didn't take place at welter either he moved up to 154 to take Oscars belts, then Winky beat him.

mosely is washed up remember? hasn't won a fight of consequence since 2003(ODL controversial decision)... hasn't had a KO since 2001... all of a sudden after beating the vacant shell of fernando vargas, a guy who hasn't had a win of consequence since 2000(ike quartey), and who has had serious back problems that kept him out of the ring for two years; now hes gonna beat the #1 PFP bestest fighter in the world after dropping down in weight!!! stop hittin' the pipe kids!

Who has Mayweather beaten recently?! Gatti, Mitchell, Judah?! Yet he is "the #1 PFP bestest fighter in the world"?!! You Mayweather jockers are the ones who need to "stop hittin' the pipe." Your boy Floyd has never beaten a GREAT fighter....period. Mosley's resume is much more impressive. And sure...beating Vargas doesn't make Shane top of the hill....but the man is fast and has knockout power. And Mayweather has shown that he can get tagged and stunned by lesser fighters than Shane. So please people....don't make everyone seem like a walk in the park for Floyd.

Although i do think Shane has a chance is this fight with his speed and power at welter i just dont see him beating Floyd at this moment in time. Granted in there respective primes it might of been a different story but IMO Floyd ud's Mosley.
